Trenchless Renewals Consulting offers a CCTV Data Review and Assessment service to assist Authorities (Water/ Road and Rail/ Local Government/ Irrigation/ Aviation and Other) as well as Consultants and Consortiums with managing the time consuming and resource intensive task of reviewing and assessing existing CCTV information.

Our services include:

• Reviewing CCTV Data
• Assessing the structural and hydraulic condition of each line based on CCTV Data
• Grouping lines into a prioritized order of rehabilitation or renewal based on real existing condition.  Our works will group lines as follows:
  • Line in good condition – no immediate works required
  • Isolated internal Spot Repair works required consisting of either a structural patch liner or mechanical locking system
  • Isolated external Spot Repair works required consisting of a Localized Digup
  • Total line rehabilitation required utilising a structural liner
  • Total line renewal required at same or increased diameter on the same alignment using pipe burst technology or traditional open cut method
  • Total line renewal required at same or increased diameter on a different alignment using directional drilling technology, tunnel or traditional open cut method
  • Diameter downsize on same alignment using slipline technology

Based on the above classification, we can provide budgetary estimates of the rehabilitation/renewal cost associated with each line. This will help you to make informed decisions about which lines need immediate attention and which can be scheduled for future ongoing maintenance programs.
