Trenchless Renewals Consulting offers comprehensive project management services, designed to deliver your projects safely, in accordance with specification requirements, on time and within budget. Our appointed specialist will act as if it were directly employed by your business, taking on the role of Project Manager.

Post a detailed handover process, we will provide the following services, tailored to your specific requirements:

• Management of the Project from start to finish to ensure it is delivered on time and to the agreed budget
• Ensure your Company and your client’s policies, procedures and specification requirements are adhered to during the delivery of the project
• Management of all identified Project risks and any new risks that are forthcoming during the delivery aspects
• Ensure all contractual matters are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner with reference to the contract
• Program works using Microsoft Project or an alternative, provide project cashflow reporting, revenue monitoring, Work-In-Progress and accrual reporting on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis pending your and your client’s reporting requirements
• Monitor Project productivity including any reporting requirements. Identify and implement real time improvement initiatives for the betterment of the Project outcome
• Undertake HSEQ inspections per contract timing requirements
• Ensure the project meets HSEQ and customer requirements
• Manage any incidents by providing incident reporting, investigation, identification and implementation of corrective actions
• Development and ongoing management of site specific HSEQ and customer relations approved management plans
• Attend client progress meetings pursuant to contract requirements including preparation of Project status reports and presentation of Project deliverables including progress claims
• Trouble shoot identified operational issues and put forward operational change recommendations
• Continuously monitor Project resourcing (human and equipment) in order to achieve targets.  Issue recommendations to assist with Projects not becoming under resourced
• Ensure any defects are identified and dealt with as part of the Project deliverables, and to minimise or eliminate work in progress
• Achieve Practical Completion of the Project to the satisfaction of you and your client.
